Thomas M. O'Reilly

President

Thomas has been involved in the construction and development industry since 1986. At the age of 25, he was tasked with the challenge of saving a townhouse construction project that was lagging far behind schedule. He led this effort through innovative computer direction, meticulous scheduling and vendor coordination. He was able to turn his productivity into profitability for the developer, exceeding their original expectations.

Thomas then founded his own design/build company and began building custom homes, both for clients and on speculation. He developed a pro forma to create a joint venture build of a 49 unit single family home development,

presenting and attaining all municipal approvals, managing site development and the placement of infrastructure; and finally directing the design/build process of the homes.

Under Thomas' direction, the company also completed an additional 40 custom homes throughout the Northeast prior to his decision to move to South Florida.

Over the last 27 years in Florida, Thomas has had the opportunity to design/build many ocean and intracoastal waterfront homes with the highest level of finishes and craftsmanship available. His satisfied Florida clients have also asked him to manage unique and challenging projects for them throughout the country.

When Tom takes a break from building, he enjoys his family, his two Australian Shepherds, traveling, downhill skiing, boating, water skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and a glass or two of a fine Napa Cabernet.
