At Island Home Designs, we have created a one-stop shop where we transform your Design/Build vision into reality. Founded in Palm Beach in 1997, we have been building custom ocean and intracoastal waterfront homes in Florida now for more than 20 years. Although FL is clearly our home base, our satisfied clients have also asked us to manage unique and challenging projects for them throughout the country. This bestowed privilege has taken us to NYC, the Thousand Islands Region in Northern NY, the charming ski town of Stowe, VT, the glittering lights of Las Vegas; the beautiful sunsets of Pacific Grove, CA. All of our projects are built efficiently and expeditiously, including only the best and highest quality of finishes with one goal in mind...exceed our clients' expectations.

Interior Design
At Living Color Designs, led by Marlene O’Reilly, our in-house Interior Design group coordinates and pulls together the design and final look of our homes. While all of our projects are beautiful, our ultimate goal is always to create a place that our clients will proudly call home.

Real Estate Brokerage
Thomas O'Reilly is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida and New York. With his development experience and intimate understanding of the design/build process, he offers a unique perspective to help match clients with that perfect property. As a buyer's broker, Thomas will represent your interests exclusively. We manage the acquisition and due diligence process and we reward our real estate clients with 30% of IHD's earned commission, to be credited back to you at closing. On large purchases, this credit alone can cover the entire real estate tax bill, during the building process.
