Ann was born in Sweden but has lived most of her adult life in the US.  From an early age, she realized she had a strong interest in interior design and building.  Her education and experience is in accounting and economics and that transitioned to her working for a high-end developer in Miami for 20 years.  While there, she rose to the position of controller where she and her team controlled the finances of multi-million dollar, heigh-rise development projects.
