Since Thomas O'Reilly is a licensed Real Estate Broker, you will have someone with design/build and development experience helping you select the perfect property on which to build. We will manage the due diligence process and ensure that the property meets all of the project requirements. Once you have closed on the property, the design process begins and rolls directly into developing an estimate and time schedule to build that perfect home. While our team develops the construction documents, you will start working with our interior design group to create the interior spaces and select the finishes you desire. Finally, the project management team takes the helm.

 

We are a boutique builder by choice; we're not the biggest, nor do we aspire to be. We only take on a few projects at a time to ensure that our full attention and resources will deliver results that exceed your expectations. We are very proud that most of our clients become our lifelong friends; and that they keep coming back to us for all their other building and design needs, whether in Florida or elsewhere.
